8, 2011, Redditor u/1000Vultures - real name Dathan Auerbach - published the first part of a six-part series which, collectively, would become one of the best stories ever to come out of r/NoSleep. He had intended for them to sleep and suffocate asleep I think but Josh woke up and injured him. Josh woke up and bit the stalker enough to wound him and have him bleed to death. He kidnapped Josh and, in the end, drugged him to sleep (or mimic a corpse tbh), brought him to the rigged coffin to die with Josh (as substitute for OP). He wanted him but also could not bear to hurt him is the sense I'm getting. Idk that she didn't, but I'm guessing there was no one to convict. Maybe he dug a space under the house you get the sense it wasn't like rich housing. The stalker pretended to be Tom and killed her I think, or killed her because she saw him stalking the kids. Maggie did not call the boys in for a snack the last time they saw her? She said Tom’s home? But he either brought them back or let them get away. I think the stalker really took OP, and Josh, and idk.

He realized maybe that someone was stalking OP, and now has his pic? But also, he did say he was sleepwalking. The police prob didnt take her so srsly without further proof. But OP kind of understood a lot of things too. Possibly also jealousy from the pedo's perspective?Ī stranger who got the balloon penpal. Substitution, and a very sick love for OP, where they wanted him forever but also did not want to hurt him and be hated by him. I don't think OP really understood the danger he was in. It went on for years but the mom told no one. I really think the stalker took him out there and wanted to keep him but couldnt.

Also there was ether in the coffin (? I am not sure of that is the exact wording but that is what I got out of it? The glass bottle and ether?) So was the stalker following OP everywhere? Taking pictures? Why was he taking pictures? Is there any relevance?Īlso, I dont understand how the stalker killed Josh. Why did OP’s mother never went to the police after she realized there was someone living under her house? Was the stalker coaxing Boxes underneath the house with cat food? How was the stalker living underneath the house? Because it just seemed like he was a big guy and it should have been obvious? Why did Josh and OP stopped talking after the night they went to OP’s old house to fetch Boxes? Who was the stalker? What was his relation to OP and his mother?ĭid OP’s mother know more than what she explained? She just seemed to be aware of everything going around.

Why did the stalker kill Josh and Veronica? So the stalking was going on for a while then? How did OP end up in the middle of the forest in the very beginning? I am not all that bright, so I was wondering if someone could explain a few things to me? I just finished reading the entire series starting with Footsteps till Friends.
